Homemade Pepper Sauce Trinidad And Tobago Recipe

Ingredients
20 hot peppers
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons yellow mustard
6-7 garlic cloves
5 leaves shado beni, aka culantro

Method
Wash peppers and remove the stems.

Put all the ingredients (except the mustard) into a blender.  Blend.   You may need to add a bit of water to get the blender going.

Transfer contents of the blender to an air tight glass jar (preferably)   Cover with lid and place the jar in the fridge.
This pepper sauce is very hot so you can take out a bit of the pepper sauce, add some mustard.  Mix together well and put in a smaller bottle.  The mustard will reduce the heat of the pepper sauce a bit.

When you are ready to eat, just take out a small amount of the pepper sauce from the smaller bottle and sprinkle on your food.  You can also add some pepper sauce when you are cooking you stews, soups etc.   Enjoy!!!

  1. Hey, honestly your site is coming along :-), but I had a question – it’s a bit slow. Have you thought about using a different host like propel? It’d help your visitors stick around longer = more profit long term anyway. There’s a decent review on it by this guy who uses gtmetrix to test different hosting providers: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q6s0ciJI4W4 and the whole video has a bunch of gold in it, worth checking out.

  2. you are in point of fact a good webmaster. The site loading pace is incredible. It seems that you’re doing any distinctive trick. Furthermore, The contents are masterwork. you have performed a wonderful activity in this topic!

  3. Picture this – 3 am in the morning, I had a line of fiends stretched around the corner of my block. It was in the freezing middle of January but they had camped out all night, jumping-ready to buy like there was a sale on Jordans. If you were 16 years old, in my shoes, you’d do anything to survive, right? I got good news though; I MADE IT OUT OF THE HOOD, with nothing but a laptop and an internet connection. I’m not special or lucky in any way. If I, as a convicted felon that used to scream “Free Harlem” around my block until my throat was sore, could find a way to generate a stable, consistent, reliable income online, ANYONE can! If you’re interested in legitimate, stress-free side hustles that can bring in $3,500/week, I set up a site you can use: https://incomecommunity.com
