Ingredients
1 onion thinly sliced
1/2 red sweet pepper thinly sliced
1/2 green sweet pepper thinly sliced
4 pieces of fish steak
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Method
1/2 red sweet pepper thinly sliced
1/2 green sweet pepper thinly sliced
4 pieces of fish steak
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Method
Before seasoning my fish I like to put the slices of fish into a bowl, add some water and some lime juice. I allow the fish the soak in the lime water for a few minutes. Next through out the lime water and season the fish with some green seasoning and any other seasonings that you normally season your fish with. Allow the fish to the marinate for a few minutes.
Put the mayonnaise into a mixing bowl and whisk until nice and creamy.
Put a frying pan on the stove and allow it to hot, add two tablespoon of olive oil to the fry pan. Add the sliced onion and sweet peppers and saute for a few minutes.
Add the fish, then the creamy mayonnaise and any of your favorite seasonings. Cover the pot and allow the fish to cook. After about 3-4 minutes the fish in mayo sauce will be done. Taste and add more salt if desired.
Transfer to food warmer until ready to be served.
