Ingredients
4 cups of all purpose flour
3 tablespoons granulate sugar
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon instant yeast
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup cranberries
1 cup water
Method
4 cups of all purpose flour

Method
Put all the ingredients and mix together well. Gradually add the water and form into a dough. Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes and knead again.
Separate the dough into two pieces. Grease to bread pans. Knead each piece of dough and fold as seen in the video below and place into the greased bread pans. Allow the dough to rise which might take about 1 hour.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit /177 degrees Celsius.
Baking time 35 minutes. Enjoy!!
