How To Make Spinners – Flour Dumplings

1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

Put the all purpose flour into a mixing bowl.  Add the salt and mix together.  Gradually add water and form into a dough. Cover with a damp paper towel and allow the dough to rest for about 10 minutes.

If you are making a soup you can add these spinners to your soup.  When the soup is boiling, pinch of a piece of the dough and place into the palm of your hands and begin to roll it.  Gently place into the pot of soup.  Continue this process until all the dough is used up.
