Method
Put a mixing bowl and the blades of a electric mixer into the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
Remove these items from the fridge and put the heavy cream into the chilled mixing bowl. Attach chilled blades to the electric mixer. Whisk the heavy cream for a few minutes with the electric mixer. If you don’t have a electric mixer you can use a regular whisk but the process will take longer to get the heavy cream nice and thick.
