During the mango season, I am always looking for different mango recipes. This one is a delightful beverage recipe – mango lemonade. So delicious!!!
Ingredients
▪ juice from 1 1/2 lemons
▪ 1 large mango or 2 medium size mangoes
▪ 2 cups water
▪ a few drops of angostura bitters (optional)
▪ About 2 cups of sugar.
Method
Peel the mango and cut up into small pieces. Place the cut up mango pieces into a blender (I used a hand blender for this process) and puree.

Method

Transfer the mango puree into a jug, and add the lemon juice, bitters, water and sugar. Stir.
Taste and add more sugar if desired. Enjoy!
