As young child I remember my mother always saying that Aloe Vera is very good for you. One day I tried drinking a concoction that she made with the Aleo Vera and I just couldn’t get it down my throat. I kept bringing it up because of the sliminess of the Aleo Vera. It was an unpleasant experience
Aloe vera works is an amazing body cleanser — it can flush out toxic matter from the kidneys, bladder, stomach, liver, spleen, and colon. It’s also good to point out that aloe can provide effective relief from more immediate health issues like upset stomach, indigestion, ulcers and gut inflammation.
It is also great to have a Aloe Vera plant in your garden. They are very easy to grow and need very very low maintenance. I cut piece a of my Aloe Vero plant to do my video (below). This plant is surviving amount some wild grass and busy. I have neglected this plant for months and its doing well.
Peel the ginger, cut up into small pieces and place into a blender. Peel off the skin of the lemon, cut into small sections and place into the blender. Cut a small piece of aloe vera, peel off the skin and slice out the gel. Wash, cut up into small pieces and place into blender.
Pour some water into blender, enough to cover the ingredients in the blender. Blend until all the ingredients are fully crushed. Pour out the liquid into a measuring cup with a strainer. Add some honey to the strained liquid.
